“Greetings, Dear Ones!
Changes and Good News: We are going to be revamping the entire website over the next few months. It will be more interactive. Somehow we lost all of your email addresses along the way. Please resubscribe to receive newsletters and updates in the future. I will be posting regular monthly columns on the website, too. Please be patient, and we welcome your feedback during these “upgrades.”
I know it has been a while since you have heard from me. I promise not to stay away so long.
Happy first day of Spring. It has been a pretty mild winter here in the northeast. It is the kind of thing that leaves people looking over their shoulder “waiting” for winter to show up late for the party.
But today, as the sun is warm, sky is brilliant blue, and the daffodils are popping up, it reminds me of something I am pretty well known for saying to my clients: “It is ok to CHANGE.” To go ahead and let go; that there is “nothing” you want or need (over your shoulder) or behind you. To make positive changes, we often have to let go of people, places, and things that no longer serve us. This doesn’t for one minute mean that we must stop “loving, caring, and valuing” them. It simply means it is time for us to move forward for our highest and best without worry or guilt. We are better aligned spiritually when we can release with love and gratitude. Trusting that everything is in divine order helps things “change and shift” for the better for all concerned.
2012 is ALL about change. It is about trusting the process. It is about finding our deeper FAITH by believing in something we “KNOW WITHIN OUR BEINGS” even though we may not be able to see it yet. Finding our own light and then having the courage to share it with others, thus helping the world be a better place for all who inhabit it is part of the plan.
Sure, sometimes it feels like we are running a marathon and we will never catch up. Yet at other times we may feel like we are wading through the muck or are stuck on the side of the road waiting for the Spiritual “AAA” to show up and offer us roadside assistance. The little blue Dory in “Finding Nemo” was right - when in doubt “JUST KEEP SWIMMING.” Most importantly, just keep moving forward. Take one small step at a time. Don’t look back or waste your energy struggling with energies you have outgrown. Breathe and flow. Release and let go. Stay mindful in the now.
All is well. There is no need to fear! We will get there faster if we work together. Reach out your hand. Use the buddy system . Sometimes changes are less scary when we are with a friend. And when you need a little or a lot of help along the way, I am here to assist with the process.
Remember There Are Always Blessings!
